Justice and Recovery was founded on a simple observation from years inside the property-claims world: insurance companies treat every claim — a totaled car, a shattered leg, a burned home — with the same arithmetic. Pay as little as possible, as late as possible, to as few as possible.
Our founders built a national restoration and claims platform that fought that arithmetic building by building, across 35+ markets. Along the way they learned exactly how carriers scope, value, delay, and deny — and they built a law firm designed to beat it.
